This was designed for use in battles only, it will work on the strat map but strat map lighting is far simpler so its probably best to toggle it off (SHIFT+F12). After the game menu has finished loading hold SHIFT and press F12 at any time to enable/disable the tweaks. Locate PCP_Enb_Series folder in your mod folder and copy the SEGA folder and paste over your SEGA folder, and run the game or any mod as usual (works with everything).
